This is a really good alternative to the US field manual regarding stealth and individual movement techniques. There seems to be a much higher emphasis on going unnoticed than in the US ones. The guide includes not only concealment tricks of the trade, but methods of seeing in the dark better as well. Can't recommend it enough.
