B&E: Fairly simple, it stands for 'Breaking & Entering'.
BDU: Battle Dress Uniform, refers to mil-spec camoflauge. Patterns vary; tigerstripe, multicam, woodland, etc.
DPM: Disruptive Pattern Material, more specifically refering to British BDUs.
Carding: A method of entry by sliding a thin, strong piece of material (most commonly a credit card) between the lock and door frame. See link below for a more detailed explanation...

Op/OP: Short for 'operation' and 'Observation Post', respectively.
Book it/Leg it: Refers to running away in a hurry, usually for long distances.
Infil: Short for 'infiltrate', basically getting into an area without being seen.
Exfil: Short for 'exfiltrate', basically getting out of an area without being seen.
Loot: Items of value stolen whilst on an operation.
Car Shopping: Going through people's cars without their permission looking for items to steal.

BO: Black Ops. Like NO, but with the intention of causing damage to someone/something or theft. Generally illegal activities aside from tresspass.
Blues: Police, "blue uniforms".
