"Complete" Parkour

Post by stealththief » Thu Dec 25, 2008 4:14 am

As many of you seem to practice both parkour and NO, I'd like to introduce the idea that I've run into a bit while doing some internet research. I call it "Complete Parkour" and it is a parkour base with various disciplines that deal with "reach and escape" or "A to B" as it would occur in a real emergency (or NO) situation. Often includes swimming, stealth, combat and other stuff along those lines. Just thought you guys would appreciate the idea. Here's some links to sites that discuss the idea.
