I good way to gain balance is called the fake tail
tie a t shirt or something like it to the back of your belt while you freerun or just train in general, this helps with knowing wher the shirt is leaning letting you know what body positions lean you one way or the other thowing you off balance
In turn this causes you to auto correct your self without the shirt because your used to it being there.
my balance has improve exponetionaly from this
