Perfectment of silent movement

Post by Sicarius » Wed Jun 17, 2020 10:36 pm

How can I go about perfecting my silent movement? Other than just practicing the motions and holding positions. I would like to practice the fox walk and yoko-aruki specifically. Thank you!

Well, you said it - just do it. Practise on different surfaces in different footwear. If you can't hear your own footsteps, neither can they.
