Night Ops

http://stealthis.wiki/ It has a lot of info on more fringe like topics in a guide format. It even refs night ops in one of the topics. Since its in a wiki form anyone can edit which means adding to the night ops section could bring in more users. Also I love their section on "security culture" which helps keep sites and groups alive and well secure. Check it out(I will be in the grow your own page )
