Surplus stores or just get some regular garments from a shop and spray/dye them to your preference. Worked for me.

What kind of budget are you operating under?

$50 should be enough for some decent BDUs if you shop around enough. Keep an eye out for stores that sell airsoft equipment, they usually stock up on anything military besides firearms. As far as patterns go it really depends on your environment.

First, is there a certain pattern you're looking for?

Not really. I dont know how good flecktarn is though...
I am roobably going with the standard woodland camo bdu. I dont know which is best, digital or original? By original, i mean the big spots.. Dont know how to explain it.

You mean digital vs. analogue and arguably digital is better. The pixels are supposed to confuse the human mind better however traditional isn't bad. At a certain range most colors become black to the human mind. As for flecktarn, it's certainly not bad. Though I find the red in it to be kinda out of place except for Fall. I might suggest the Danish fleck instead. I would suggest you get subdued urban for night. In the end woodland works and will do the job fine, there is just better stuff out there.
