Where to buy binoculars?

So, I havent actually gone on a night op in a few months (I bought a ps3 haha). But I'm going to start getting back into it, but a piece of gear I now need are binoculars.

I dont have oodles of money, but what are some decent binoculars I can get for under $100 and where should I get them?

For under $100 theres a bunch you can find. Go to a hunting store or if your in an urban setting a military surplus or camping store. You'll find them there. Also try martial arts stores, or the internet.
