I don't know... we've never had a Chinese member before, so far as I can tell.

I am designing some "stuff", and was interested how the censoring thing worked. I may research it more. I know TOR is an option, but if the standard internet has censored TOR, the fuck are you supposed to do?

Uber failed in China last I checked lol, the market was different from western countries and it crumbled.

Too many vodka spammers. Those random threads you see regularly in Cyrillic with a bunch of URLs embedded? Yeah, spend a lot of my time cleaning up those.

Might be able to auto-restrict people who use Cyrillic characters in their messages? There's not really a lot of people posting in russian here

It's a good thought, but not a feature of phpbb as far as I'm aware.
