Re: Camo vs Solids?
I should point out that the true intent of camo is to trick the human mind, not necessarily to make you disappear. This means that even when you haven't got everything perfect that can still do a light sweep right over you and not noticed they were looking at another person. That being said there ar...

Re: Ahhh The Parents..
I find it easiest to have friends who op and go hang out with them and make no promises of when you'll be back. If that isn't an option though, then you will get some good practice sneaking out. All in all there is no technique that is any different from having to be quiet in any other situation. I ...

Ghillie, why is being a student stopping you from having a knife? I carried when I was in school, and college, and pretty much everywhere I go regardless of the laws. It isn't an issue as long as you don't go waving it around.

Alright, I guess I will play too:
Folding kerambit
Wallet
Keys on paracord
Smartphone and charger
If I am carrying my canvas pack, and I usually am then:
A spare set of clothes
Trash bags, so handy
Rain Coat
Opping gloves
Neck gaiter
Picks
Some basic hygiene products

Re: Im getting some camo...
You mean digital vs. analogue and arguably digital is better. The pixels are supposed to confuse the human mind better however traditional isn't bad. At a certain range most colors become black to the human mind. As for flecktarn, it's certainly not bad. Though I find the red in it to be kinda out o...

I have to echo how amazing the freedom feels. Going where I want and not having to deal with anyone. Another huge call is just being able to explore the world around. You wouldn't be freeze drying them (You could I just am not too familiar with it) instead you vacuum seal the contents. It keeps them good for 3-5 years depending on what you choose and not too mention can be tastier.

Highlander in the pine forest I was pretending I was on Endor. I made this thread in the hopes to make more people buy it.
Therin while I agree the darkened stuff was better in colours, I tend to think masking the human outline is more important. I guess I just prefer digital.
