I would teach by experience, as spirit and determination are the only true techniques you need to succeed. Without them, even with the highest techniques, you fail. The classical example: A survival situation in which the highly trained die due to a lack of will to live, but the people you would nev...

Need a workout...

I need a workout for someone I am planning on opping with. My workout couldn't apply, since it is (almost) all Bujinkan. His info-- 14 yrs old, 5'4 186 lbs (fatty); an 8:54 mile time, and can't do a pull up (which he wants to do). Does anyone have a workout that can help with: weight loss, stamina a...

Re: Night Awareness Guide

Hearing: At night hearing can make or break an operation. A technique to increase hearing temporarily is to open the mouth, flare the nostrils, and close the eyes. At the same time the head should be relaxed and the hands cupped behind the ears. A ninja should be familiar with the night sounds of t...

he learns from mostly books, so his theory is solid, but the way he interprets the teaching of stealth, you would think he had never learned about stealth in general.

And he follows the writings of ashida kim.

Neutralizing Cameras

Tactics Laser pointer-you can use the three colors red, green, and blue (I use just red). Do this as when played back, you can filter out red, or green, or blue. I am in constant doubt of that happening, as most guards don't know how to do this, or are to lazy because of the time consumption. Snip (...

A technique that can be used if you need a distraction for something like getting a security guard out of his hole for a good infil or a takeout (Non-Lethal) is to have your buddy run up to them and act injured if in social camo, or if in traditional camo, run past and start a chase on a set path th...

Re: Unusual items and uss

* Laser Pointer - Useful for judging distance, piecing together information about a room, finding obstacles etc. Also useful for draining, I think it could be used to find objects under water - I have yet to test this theory however. The laser pointer, if aimed at a camera's lense, can harm the sen...

Another way is to pull with your hands straight out, and push with your knees. The side of your face is to the ground.
That is the Army low crawl. It was my favorite when I was a Ranger.
