Re: Sicarius's Source of the Day
Picking is important to learn, it increases brain plasticity, dexterity, is more silent, and can often be necessary for high security buildings. It is also useful to train ambidexterity, and it looks cool(which is important). However, I understand the fun of lock bypassing, hence why I have a set o...

I concur. The man is closest to Batman compared to everyone I know. His knowledge is vast in all aspects that can be grown, but filtered in a way for practical implementation. The book perfect for anyone wanting to improve themselves to be more superhuman.

Good, you know all the vaults you'll need (assuming you already know step vault since that's the basic vault) and don't worry about wall pop, it's a niche move. It can be noisy, you would use it for escape only and while you escape, pop vaulting over head height is risky if you haven't practiced on...

Those are good too. Like you said, training for the actual skill you want is very effective. Balancing and low holds will do wonders.
Of course, legs still remain number 1. All focus should be directed at them first.

Sorry, this came to mind. GRIP STRENGTH. Your best friend. The ability to hang from anything with ease and comfort is a huge asset. Climbing becomes easier. Hamstrings are an overlooked muscle to be trained. It's what provides stability when performing pistols and shrimp squats. It’s counterproductive to debate whether masks are or aren’t mandatory as it varies widely. That said, masks are commonplace now and that works in the favor of ‘Oppers’ day or night. Masks are no longer regarded with suspicion and it’s become perfectly normal and socially acceptable to obscure your...

Nice! I would consider a grocery store for starting off. Scout out the place, observe the dress code, and blend in on your second return. See how far in the building you can go. And the good thing is masks are mandatory, preventing somewhat getting caught by cameras.

In my opinion, I would use a shelter set up like so: https://youtu.be/WVkC5vda7Lc
Easy building and breakdown with small materials.

Here are some other ideas as well.
And I would build a dakota fire for cooking.

Great question. I love the idea of a peak human.
