I thought that being able to fix and improve your night vision was a muth.
I have one question: many people I know say that reading with no lights is bad for your eyes as it increases myopia. What about this? Is it true? :/

Programs are meant to do all the planning for the would-be athlete. It makes the mental aspect easier in the beginning for someone because they don't have to sort anything out themselves. I always carry a folding knife with me, and maybe a wrist rocket... But I prefer using my arms and feet or something like a rock.
