Programs are meant to do all the planning for the would-be athlete. It makes the mental aspect easier in the beginning for someone because they don't have to sort anything out themselves. Welcome Black! at the front of my development , a little down the road are these huge warehouses. I always carry a folding knife with me, and maybe a wrist rocket... But I prefer using my arms and feet or something like a rock.
Sometimes I also carry a pepper spray instead of a knife...
