If you need to get through the area, rubber armored binoculars to the back of the head will do the trick. You know the spot I'm talking about Stealth.

Get a prepared route, and at least on E&E route if you are running from the cops. Some people may have had extremely easy E&E from the cops, but it is best to be prepared. Also, If you have to go into Evasion, be sure to have a form of Covert communication.

Make noises on the steps, then get back to your room.
The idea is to increase the False-Alarm-Rate,so that moving slowly down the steps, and I mean taking around 15 minutes, at least, won't wake her up, or wont get her out of bed/
