Re: Historic Heist
Presumably, the Order of the White Eagle that was part of the stolen items was inside of that museum in the first place because of the German invasion of Poland during WW2. That was the original theft I was mentioning. As time progresses, I find museums that house items completely out of context and...

So I never did get around to plate steel shuriken or swallow tails admittedly, however I never updated this in regard to my originals. I've been using boat nails to make mine and they have pretty hardcore bone-cracking impact on target. I wouldn't want to carry very many, but then again I really wou...

Myself and even moreso another guy here pretty much go after their tri-ad lock folders exclusively, I haven't heard anything great about any of their other offerings but these are beasts. The Cold Steel Frenzy Knives are Aces
First, I'm putting this here and not "gear" because these run over $100 and I know most operatives don't want to spend that kind of money on gear. Nor should they to be honest. But for anyone that really wants an amazing EDC, this is a great candidate. I'm a big fan of the Cold Steel tri-lock folder...

As corny as it might seem I'm aiming for the former option as much as possible. Currently it's a little rough around the edges but I'm working on it. As for how I'm building it, nothing magical. I'm knee deep in what will likely be my final written/online material for night ops use - ANY kind of night op. So I was thinking today, to what full scope would you like the library to be? I could contribute quite a bit, maybe when time allows we can chat it out and help each other. I've always treated the library as kind of a mix between &T and the "keep circulating the tapes" principle. IMHO there is no information that is inherently "bad", it's on the reader to interpret and understand what's legit. Of course if the reader has shitty judgement, maybe they deserve to lose a ...

I agree completely that 99.9% of the time, equipment should be picked such that there's no monetary or sentimental investment in it. Quality that you can afford to lose. Cheap stainless blades like that are usually fine for most usage especially in night ops as long as the design geometry itself isn't flawed. A lot of people act like lower quality stainless will break if you look at it cross-eyed. It's not my first choice, but it's also worth noting that I've seen D...

FWIW, the Salt pistol rounds impact with a small cloud of dust by design that tends to rise into the target's face when hit center mass.
