In all seriousness though, we have a ton of people on our mod list who are no longer active, some of whom may have never even logged on since the last site went down. all i'm suggesting is that we do a bit of pruning, so that someone who needs a moderator's help won't just look at the list and PM a random name off it, expecting to get a reply.
Plus, it'll be that much less we need to worry about when the site becomes more active, seeing as we're in an upswing again now.
