This move seems like it;d be pretty useful to look around while staying low, simple and easy but really practical.

Here's a description of the technique (not as good as a video but w/e):
Start in prone on your belly. Move your weight to your shoulders and walk your legs forwards while staying relatively low.
Shift weight to one side and start a standard shoulder roll, once you've rolled curb your momentum by turning your body over.
You should land on your belly facing the other direction.
