I've split this off of the apothecary which is about to undergo an overhaul of items that you yourself can create, a combination of various materials rather than ready to buy supplies. This topic, the supplement counter, will cover an array of beneficial drugs and supplements which you can use in extensive depth.
PERFORMANCE ENHANCING DRUGS
Hormonal and protein-based "hacks" to increase certain body functions beyond natural capacity. Know what you are doing, research as much as possible, and learn what "PCT" is before you touch these or you will impair yourself for life. That aside, let's cut the bullshit. These are the real deals that WILL increase your strength and endurance bar none. No placebos here.
SR-9009
A SARM - selective androgen receptor modulator. A smarter drug for smarter enhancement beyond steroids. SR-9009 increases mitochondria production in skeletal muscle, leading to proven enhancements to endurance and to a degree strength. This safely stacks well with almost any other strength and/or endurance enhancer so you can reach retarded levels of endurance. If my heavy ass can run for miles on these things, you can probably start running half marathons in like, a month.
TB-500
A healing-based amino peptide, TB-500 is a naturally occurring protein that increases your rate of healing and recovery, most effectively at the muscular and skeletal level. This can be exploited for purposes such as faster recovery from training for faster results or cortical remodeling to more quickly harden your bones, great for martial artists! This also stacks with other items that perform similar results but on different levels, speeding the processes even faster.
BPC-157 (Yeah I know...)
Another healing-based amino peptide, BPC-157 also naturally occurs in the human body and speeds healing. BPC-157 is more effective with connective tissues and smooth muscles, meaning it can speed the repair of tendons, ligaments, and your digestive system. All potentially important, especially if you are undergoing accelerated training to become stronger faster.
LGD-4033
An extremely potent SARM specifically meant to increase androgens in the skeletal muscle, it is considered the most potent bulking SARM and will give you heaps of strength over the course of an eight week cycle. Because of how it functions, a PCT afterward is recommend since, although LGD-4033 doesn't shut down natural testosterone production it does use it up quickly leaving the body a bit "empty" afterward which allows some room for estrogen to try to take over for a few days/weeks afterward. Proper PCT will prevent this as well as prevent you from losing any gains made. Note that significant bulking only occurs if you eat properly, if you only want to gain strength without all the size, it's perfectly possible. LGD-4033 also increases endurance to an extent.
GHRP-2
Growth hormone releasing peptide. Unlike injecting actual HGH into the body, GHRP-2 simply spurs more natural production than you would normally be able to get. The result is excess HGH which lends to increased strength, muscular growth, and healing.
Dymethazine
DMZ - basically Superdrol in disguise which is an extremely powerful anabolic steroid. Despite what the article says, this is still readily available almost everywhere and yields what you'd expect from a steroid - ridiculous strength and if you want it - bulk. However, while great for training it's horrible for performance. Cardio and general endurance take a total dive. Also, heart rate, cholesterol, liver enzymes, etc. take a pretty huge shit. With extreme results come some of the harshest side effects of any steroid out there. PCT is a MUST after this. Do not use without knowing what you are doing. All that said though, this will turn you into a total powerhouse in short order.
YK-11
Another SARM, this one inhibits myostatin. In short, it helps remove the regulator off muscle growth which is not only beneficial for bulking, but can speed up strength building. In gym work of any type, there's a phenomenon called "newbie gains" which is basically that you will gain the most during your first year of training. After that, myostatin and other factors begin to slow you down. YK-11 can help bat that down and allow you to keep gaining at a fast rate once you burn your newbie gains up!
STIMULANTS
Items which will give a more immediate increase to your physical operational performance.
DynaMAX
(There's no concise informative page about this one unfortunately)
A more recent discovery of mine, this is my go-to "caffeine pill" for times I need to get shit done and don't want to crash. Using multiple caffeine molecular structures and theanine, it does what it claims - gives you energy that can last over a long period of time with no cliff at the end. Perfect for night ops needs, I'd pick this one over any of the older options I've written about.
Matcha Tea
Matcha green tea is a fantastic source for caffeine if you need it as it contains more than most other types of tea but also contains theanine in large quantities which calms the nerves and prevents jitters. In addition, matcha is loaded with beta-carotene which helps keep your natural night vision in top notch shape. It's delicious to boot, so if you drink tea it's worth it. Be careful using this with other stimulants as they can really ramp up the effects on you.
Caffeine and Theanine
A more direct form of caffeine and theanine rather than drinking tea, this is a bit of a dirty brute force method of forcing your body to use up energy. Regular caffeine pills almost never contain theanine so look for a type that does. Powder City offers them I know, I'm sure there are tons of others. Why theanine? It'll keep you from getting jittery, you ONLY stay alert and energetic. Due to some rather trying conditions during NOPCON II with Xanatos, we had to rely on these a couple times to endure some grueling drives with operations in the middle and no sleep. It's not the healthiest thing to do in life, but when you need to complete the mission it'll get the job done.
Horny Goat Weed
Horny goat weed increases the nitric oxide in the body, which in turn dilates your blood vessels. This results in more blood flow and thus more oxygen and nutrients being delivered throughout your body. It is also commonly sold with other ingredients such as maca root which stimulates testosterone production.
NOOTROPICS
Smart drugs, items that will enhance your cognitive performance in the field. Some of these also act as mild stimulants and can dramatically increase the potency of such.
5-HTP
5-HTP is an effective serotonin precursor that can enhance mood, energy levels, and learning ability. Best ran in cycles, this item will not only enhance your every day life but should be great in night ops as well. I would personally stack this with phenylpiracetam and NAC for the best results.
NAC
Very similar to 5-HTP but utilizing different pathways, NAC can similar boost confidence and energy and stacks well with 5-HTP.
Phenibut
This is a very potent anti-anxiety nootropic which increases focus and decreases nerves while giving you a mild stimulation. This should only be used before an important operation and only after seeing how strong an effect it will have on your individual body. This should never IMO be taken habitually although some do so. It can be addictive, is tolerated quickly, and will have side-effects after prolonged usage. It is generally unregulated throughout the world and can simply be ordered online.
Phenylpiracetam
The ultimate expression of the racetam nootropic family, in my opinion. This has fairly mild stimulant properties but in a weird way. Generally it's found that resting heart rates will be lower but increase slightly during exertion. This also combos up very potently with caffeine and phenibut so use low dosages of either while on this stuff. Your mind will be sharper. Also, this has a unique property in that it helps the body resist cold slightly better which is handy at night. It is generally unregulated and easy to acquire.
Adrafinil
A strong stimulating nootropic, adrafinil is converted to modafinil in the body, providing a boost of energy and alertness. As with any stimulant, care should be taken with other drugs that also stimulate the body as to not cause complications. This is unregulated unlike modafinil and should be readily available.
Red Reishi Mushroom
A lesser known memory enhancer similar to ginkgo biloba, except that the reishi mushroom also has heaps of other benefits that include boosting your immune system, lowering inflammation in the body, reducing allergies, and more. Reishi can increase melatonin production so it should be avoided when tired and not wanting to sleep, but on the flip side it can make a fantastic sleep aid.
DAILY SUPPLEMENTS
Taken regularly, these are items that can improve strength, endurance, and longevity.
Spirulina
The definition of super food. High in protein and all essential vitamins and minerals, spirulina promotes a massive host of benefits for the consumer. Apart from the obvious benefits of a complete probiotic food, spirulina is known to help reduce inflammation over the long term. Whether you're just getting long in the tooth or life's been coming at your fast lately and you're a bit sore, adding a bit of spirulina into your diet can be a huge asset.
Beta Alanine
A potent endurance enhancer, beta alanine works by increasing the rate by which lactic acid is buffered in the body allowing you to run farther or exert your entire body for longer periods before you get that heavy, sore feeling in your limbs. Combos well with basic sodium bicarbonate which also helps to buffer lactic acid.
Protein Powder
The building block of strength and recovery. Even if you're not looking to bulk, protein will help you. You probably don't intake enough. Larger protein intakes will speed healing and spur IGF-1 production which will make you stronger. I personally use a whey blend of concentrate and isolate.
Creatine
Creatine is a supplement that helps the body replentish ATP at a faster rate. ATP - adenosine triphosphate - is a muscle specific fuel that is required to perform a high intensity effort. During the energy exchange, ATP breaks down into ADP - adenosine diphosphate. Creatine speeds up the conversion of ADP back into ATP, reloading your muscles with more energy faster. This means you can perform more repetitions than normal and recover faster. There is some misconception that creatine is a form of performance enhancing drug akin to steroids, but this isn't true. Your body naturally produces creatine but will not use anymore than needed to fill the muscles back up with ATP normally. This prevents any type of abuse with excess simply being disposed of through the urine. It's cheap and effective, go get some! I personally use pH buffered creatine to make life easier on my kidneys in the long run, but if you're simply after hard performance numbers all forms of creatine will work the same.
Coenzyme Q10
Abbreviated CoQ-10 and also known as "ubiquinone", the best way to describe this would be vitamins for your cells. CoQ-10 produces ATP directly at the cellular level. Every form of muscle in your body will benefit from this leaving you running more efficiently and energetic. As you might guess, because this boosts ATP production if you stack it with creatine the two are proven to work together to shove ATP into the muscles even faster. More ATP molecules are available and convert quickly. You WILL notice stacking the two together in even your daily life let alone a hard workout. I personally use a reduced form - ubiquinol - which is ready for the cells to use as soon as it absorbs into my body. It costs marginally more but it's worth it.
Also, combining with Niagen likewise vastly improves mitochondrial biogenesis. So stacking CoQ-10, Niagen, and Creatine gives you far greater performance for just about anything and even increases your metabolism burning off fat or preventing it from accumulating. Wall hax.
Niagen
This creates NAD+ in your body when consumed, It has been shown in multiple tests to help with cholesterol but more importantly to aid in mitochondria biogenesis and general tidying of the cells. Your mitochondria is your energy, so you more fresh ones you have the better. If you exercise, you WILL notice a difference over time as this begins to send your body into overtime. Be prepared to support your quicker metabolism with plenty of food, though. You're going to want it.
Kefir
Fermented milk, high in protein and probiotics with less lactose. The kefir breaks down the proteins of the milk partially making some of them quicker to digest while leaving others intact so they take longer. This makes kefir a great daily form of protein that provides all throughout the "rebuilding curve" when exercising. The probiotics also ease digestion of the kefir as well as other foods that follow, plus boost your immune system by fighting off bad bacterias that might get into the intestinal tract. If you're trying to build or maintain muscle, get on this right now!
Tri-Zinc
Tri-Zinc is a commercial supplement offering zinc in three different forms for more efficient bioavailability. Zinc is a big booster of your immune system and testosterone. For the males on the site, this means increased strength and endurance when taken responsibly. Stick to your recommended dosages and be sure to monitor your heart rate and blood pressure regularly as testosterone can increase these. You don't die on the spot from zinc and subsequent testosterone boost, but it can slowly rise over time as you train and you want to mitigate this.
Recently, it's also been discovered that larger doses - around 500mg a day - will have major inhibiting effects on estrogen production. The more a male lowers estrogen, the more testosterone is available for use.
Tri-Boron
Boron is the unsung hero of muscle and bone development, every bit as vital as anything else yet often we don't get enough in our diets to achieve optimal growth. Tri-Boron is a brand that contains boron of course plus manganese, copper, zinc, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin D in quantities larger than your average multi-vitamin and this a boon for attempting to increase bone mass and muscle growth. Those of you interested in cortical remodeling (bone conditioning) may also find this helpful as it will speed up your development. I've recently taken up iron palm and hand training to see how quickly the results can be achieved for myself over an all-natural diet.
Tongkat Ali
This unfortunately named herb is yet another testosterone booster and also has an inhibiting effect on estrogen.
Chinese Black Ant
An extract of this is a novel method of introducing zinc, ginseng, multiple proteins, anti-oxidants, hormones, and even small amounts of steroids. It's a well rounded way to increase your testosterone for more strength and endurance while promoting longevity, but it's pricey stuff and exact amounts of each beneficial nutrient inherently vary from batch to batch.
FIRST AID
Medicinal items to be taken in the event of traumatic injury. These can provide pain relief, stop bleeding, or hasten the healing process.
Ghost Pipe
Ghost pipe is a natural nervine, a relaxant for nerves. In this case, ghost pipe is a reputed means for pain management in the event of an injury. It will not numb the pain anesthetically but rather make the pain seem more as a thought than a mental compulsion that demands constant attention which can cause problems in the wrong circumstances.
