Re: Anyone looking for a new blade?
If you're looking for a dirt cheap blade, there's always the SWHRT9B (that's a mouthful) option, double edged, black coating on the blade and not to big nor short.

Thanks for the link.
Yeah, it’s pretty unlikely that they would do that, but for riskier ops, maybe.

Calling out any Belgian/French/German operative
Hey guys, Sadly, NONET seems to have been deserted by pretty much all the old members and people seem to have moved on from night opping. Still, I would like to find like-minded individuals in Europe to do night opping stuff with. So, if you are based in Belgium/France/Germany/The Netherlands or any...

Lockpicking Forensics
Hello, I just found out about this website : http://www.lockpickingforensics.com/ by watching this Defcon talk : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHE9NnPOH4M I didn't know that you could determine whether or not a lock has been picked/bumped/impressioned. I thought you guys might find this interesting.

Re: Spartan Lifestyle
Well, the time frame would be something like 2 to 3 years (for the martial arts at least) and a shorter amount for diving/shooting. I go to the gym already, and I do Krav Maga, so, first, I will take boxing lessons, learn to shoot and do night opping. Because I have a lot of free time after my colle...

Spartan Lifestyle
Hello, I'm going to college very soon and I would like to spend my free time learning useful skills that could benefit me when I operate during the night. Skills, unlike possessions don't take space and always travel with you, that's why I value them more tan things (I'm a bit of a minimalist). Sure...

Re: A "Tool" for capture without escape
Interesting topic. Well, I think there's always a way to escape, unless you've got your feets buried in concrete at the bottom of a sea. Imagination is your only limit. Therefore, suicide seems to me like a last resort option. Be creative, you could also fake your own death... But if suicide is the ...

Re: KnipexTwinKey
Hi, I've used one for quite a while now and it has proven to be very useful in many situations. In my area (Western Europe), locks that can be opened with this type of key are everywhere (lamp posts, breaker boxes, big phone and internet boxes on the streets, industrial equipment, alarms boxes in sc...

Re: Defeat Padlocks with pair of Wrenches?
Well, I've tried it on a brass padlock and it works great !
Actually, you don't need too much force to break it, which is surprising.
My padlock was kind of a cheapo but it had quite a decent size, so I think it would work on Abus padlocks too.

The Rip-off
Hey guys, I don't know if this should be posted in the spurious generalities or the bad ideas forum since this is just a video but it's related to theft, Xanatos, I'll let you decide :D I was watching a older Defcon conference on Youtube made by Apollo Robbins, a con artist when he talked about this...
Loot bags
Hey guys
I was wondering if you can give me some good advices on wich type of loot bag would be great for NO (drop leg, backpack, waist pack,...).

Re: Magnetic Field Viewer Film
I think you can get it only from Ebay, there is actually some good Chinese suppliers of this thing on Ebay, so you can get it for less than 9 bucks a sheet, I think.
It's not super cheap but still it seems to be great. If you go on Youtube, I'm sure you can find demos of it working

Magnetic Field Viewer Film
Does anyone have ever heard of magnetic field viewer film ? It basically a thin piece of plastic of around 2 inches by 2 inches, it's flexible and it allows you to view magnetic fields even if they are behind surfaces (not too far away). I thought this might be interesting to try it on a magnetic do...
