Congrats on a successful first Op. I'm sure that if you asked around, most people have had a "pants-shatting" experience at some point or another so don't feel bad about it or anything. I have a kodak easyshare m763 and I really don't like it. It has poor lighting capabilities, there is no timer for self photos, and it feels like it could be easily broken. My suggestion is not to get one.

I always have a knife with me that could be used as a weapon, but it is mainly a tool. Other than that, I don't really rely on weapons. It is better to just avoid that kind of situation. A stun gun would be nice to have just in case though.

I love tea, but blueberries and pomegranates (and pomegranate juice) are also great sources of antioxidants. I am pretty much a health nut so my diet is already pretty square. Like brain, I drink large amounts of water. I mean alot of water, it keeps your system flushed of any negative things.
