Yea, Nitric Oxide gives you a real good boost for working out. It basically works by opening your blood vessles to let more blood in. Expensive and Id only cycle it, use it for a month and stop for a month and repeat.

This sounds like its going in the right direction but before you worry about how to shut a dog up, how exactly does one sneak up on a dog to administer any of these remedies . In all my years ive never seen a person beable to sneak up on a dog. It would have to be something before it was schedualed...

Behind Bars

So its been a couple years since I used to op on my own, now I have someone who wants me to teach them to op. Teach them the tradecraft of how to survive in the wild, what to look for, stealth, entry etc. Only problem is the reason I stopped so long ago was because I was nearly attacked by someone w...

Best advice i could think of is if you have a looming feeling that suddenly gets worse along with some noises, itd be wise to stop every 50 to 100 ft and wait and listen, cougers and mountain lions are known to attack with speed and stealth if your caught off guard mace wont help you get a large cat...

Depending on the severity and depth of the operation decides my clothing. Just to add to therins point. Alot of times you can get away with wearing black if you need to start to blend in with a urban enviroment like walking in a crowd . Camo limits you only to the woods and rural terrain, always keep in mind your possibilities of entrance and exit. Always try to wear a co...

Its a possibility. Most alarm systems have a fail safe if any one or two alarms stop giving information or its just shut off the alarm will sound for that very purpose, in case someone shut it off while in the process of entry. Best bet is to get to the source and shut it off or the power to the who...

I personally like operating in snow and cold weather. You chances of running into people is very slim and a person chasing you would give up fast. The key to operating is simple anti tracking methods, or just travel in snow storms. If you cant wait for a storm just try to cover the tracks with a bra...

That picture is deceiving, acu is alot brighter than that. For fall it works charms, for spring and summer not so much. Marpat is the best woodland camo for middle to heavy vegetation areas. Best all around wood camo. Also would work good in fall. I wouldnt recommend buying acu.

The key to dogs is becoming its friend, give it a bone or food, Ive seen more dogs turn into friends than betray people when they have some persuasive food. Make your greatest enemy your ally.

From experiences it pays to have people of the same height and build, Ive gone on ops with a friend of mine thats 6'2" 160 lbs and i had trouble boosting him and he didnt have enough muscle to pull up so its not worth it if you cant find a athletic person to help out.

No, that camo is not advised. The only terrain that camo is useful in is heavy brush in the winter. In urban the white stands out way to much. Id get urban digital or Marpat. These camos are meant for the woods but they also give you plenty of cover in the shadows, wont sillouette you against a wall...

Id go with any full tang blade, theyre good for prying doors and plywood without having to worry about it breaking. I sometimes use my 5 inch kabar, its tough, pretty cheap, sharp and durable. For other purposes I use a crkt folder.
